ORDERS, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Q. WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT YET?

A. Some products have longer expected delivery date. Please check the expected delivery date of the product you have ordered on the website. If the number of days is past due there might be some unforeseen conditions due to which your product cannot be shipped. We will send you an email or call you to inform about the such delays. Also, sometime shipping company takes longer than expected to deliver a package due to certain conditions. If you have received a tracking number and your product is not being delivered please inform us via email / whatsapp / call so that we can expedite the delivery.

Q. HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER(S)?

A. You can login to your account to see the current status of recent orders or simply click on the link above which says track order. You can check the order via this link.

Q. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SHIPPING AND DELIVERY?

A. Shipping means the product has been dispatched from our dispatch center. You will receive an email and sms with tracking number once it is shipped. Since, we ship our products with third party shipping company we do not have full control over delivery. Delivery means when the product is actually delivered to you at your doorstep.

Q. DO I HAVE TO PAY ANY SHIPPING OR DELIVERY CHARGES?

A. There is a nominal fee of Rs 100 per product for shipments in India. This is to maintain the service level and provide your product on time. Shipping cost is on each item for International delivery is charged as per the country wise. Please also note that the shipping rates are items based.

Q. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FIND MY PACKAGE OPENED OR TAMPERED WITH UPON DELIVERY?

A. Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern immediately to us via email or call. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

Q. WHICH COURIER COMPANY DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?

A. Within India we use Fedex,Dtdc and Indian Post’s speed post services. For International shipments depending on the country shipping company changes.

Q. I WANT TO SHIP SOMETHING ABROAD. CAN I DO THAT?

A. Yes we ship internationally to all countries. Please select the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. International shipping charges will be applied for the same.

REFUNDS

Q. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

A. In case of product return, we will issue a refund once we receive the product back at our office back in our warehouse.For COD transactions it takes normally 7 working days to reflect in your bank.If the payment was made in cash or any other like credit card or debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account within 7 days from which the payment was made.

Q. HOW DO I RETURN OR REPLACE A PRODUCT?

A. Simply You can login to your account to see your order history and click on arrow button. After you click on this button,you got three option that is RETURN,REPLACEMENT and STORE CREDIT and also we will get the notification from you. After that i approved your request within 24 hours.if your request has been approved,this indicates that refund has been initiated. Just use that packing slip to send the product back to us via any courier. Remember you need to drop off the package at the nearest courier location.

Q. I DO NOT HAVE ANY COURIER NEARBY? WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A. No worries. We will arrange a pick up once for you. However, we cannot guarantee the reverse pickup immediately. If the pick is not done subsequent day kindly arrange to send the product back to us via any other courier service (Professional, DTDC, India Post etc.). We will charge upto INR 100/­ per Kg into your account. Please send the courier receipt to return@vandvshop.com

Q. HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

A. If you wish to cancel your order,you have to drop the mail on support@vandvshop.com. Within 24 hours,you will get the reply from same mail. If your product has not been shipped from our warehouse it can be cancelled immediately. If it has been shipped please contact our customer support for cancellation.

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE WRONG / DAMAGED PRODUCT?

A. Simply initiate a return request and send the picture of damaged product or wrong product to support@vaandvshop.com. Once our team verifies that product is damaged we will give the full refund back to you. No questions asked. You will asked for the NEFT bank details to which the money will be refunded. For NEFT we require following details
